Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, I come before you seeking discernment, as promised in 1 Corinthians 12:10. Your Word tells us that discernment is one of the gifts of the Holy Spirit, given for the common good. I recognize my need for this precious gift in my life, especially in times of uncertainty, confusion, and decision-making.

Lord Jesus, grant me the discernment to distinguish between truth and falsehood, light and darkness, good and evil. Open my eyes to see beyond the surface and perceive the deeper spiritual realities at work in every situation. Help me to understand your will and follow the path you have set before me.

Holy Spirit, I invite you to fill me with wisdom and insight, guiding me in all my ways. Sharpen my spiritual senses so that I may discern the promptings of your voice amidst the noise of the world. Teach me to listen attentively to your still, small voice speaking to my heart.

Lord, grant me discernment in my relationships, my choices, and my actions. Help me to discern the intentions of others and to walk in love and wisdom in all my interactions. Protect me from deception and guide me into all truth, according to your Word.

Father, I surrender my mind, my heart, and my spirit to you. Mold me and shape me according to your will, that I may be a vessel of discernment and wisdom in this world. Use me for your glory and the advancement of your kingdom.

I thank you, Lord Jesus, for the gift of discernment and for your faithfulness in answering this prayer. May your Spirit continue to work in me, empowering me to discern and walk in alignment with your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray AMEN!
