,This matter comes before the heavenly courts seeking enforcement of its prior decisions in

Let it be known that [Your Name], hereafter referred to as the Plaintiff, brings forth this Writ of Assistance before the Divine Court against Satan and all of his agents, hereafter referred to as the Defendant, based upon the following legal reasons and spiritual grounds:

1. Psalm 24:1 states, "The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it." Thus, the Defendant has no rightful claim to anything within the earth or its inhabitants.
2. Psalm 115:16 declares, "The highest heavens belong to the Lord, but the earth he has given to mankind." The Defendant's authority is limited to the spiritual realms, and he has no jurisdiction over the earthly realm.
3. Galatians 3:13-14 affirms, "Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us... so that the blessing given to Abraham might come to the Gentiles through Christ Jesus." By the redemptive work of Jesus Christ, the Plaintiff is entitled to the blessings of Abraham, including protection and provision.
4. Proverbs 10:22 asserts, "The blessing of the Lord brings wealth, without painful toil for it." Any wealth or prosperity unlawfully acquired by the Defendant must be returned to the Plaintiff.
5. Proverbs 6:30-31 elucidates, "People do not despise a thief if he steals to satisfy his hunger when he is starving. Yet if he is caught, he must pay sevenfold, though it costs him all the wealth of his house." The Defendant, having stolen from the Plaintiff, must repay sevenfold and restore all that was taken.
6. Job 27:13-17 states, "This is what the wicked will receive from God, the inheritance allotted to them from the Almighty... though they may accumulate silver like dust." The Defendant's ill-gotten gains will not endure, and he shall be stripped of all possessions acquired through deceit and oppression.
7. Isaiah 45:2-3 proclaims, "I will go before you and will level the mountains... I will give you hidden treasures, riches stored in secret places." The Plaintiff is entitled to the treasures and riches that the Defendant has unlawfully withheld.
8. Proverbs 28:8 warns, "Whoever increases wealth by taking interest or profit from the poor amasses it for another, who will be kind to the poor." The Defendant's exploitation of the Plaintiff and others will result in the transfer of wealth to those who will use it for righteous purposes.
9. Ecclesiastes 2:26 acknowledges, "To the person who pleases him, God gives wisdom, knowledge and happiness, but to the sinner he gives the task of gathering and storing up wealth to hand it over to the one who pleases God." The Plaintiff, who seeks to please God, shall receive the wealth wrongfully accumulated by the Defendant.
10. Deuteronomy 8:18 declares, "But remember the Lord your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth." The Plaintiff acknowledges that all wealth and prosperity come from God and asserts his right to reclaim what rightfully belongs to him.
11. Psalm 103:19-21 proclaims, "The Lord has established his throne in heaven, and his kingdom rules over all... Praise the Lord, you his angels, you mighty ones who do his bidding, who obey his word." The Plaintiff calls upon the angels of the Lord to enforce this Writ of Assistance and to ensure its full execution.
12. Matthew 12:24 declares, "Every kingdom divided against itself will be ruined, and every city or household divided against itself will not stand." The Defendant's kingdom, built upon deception and theft, shall crumble before the righteous judgment of the Divine Court.
13. Matthew 12:29 asserts, "How can anyone enter a strong man’s house and carry off his possessions unless he first ties up the strong man? Then he can plunder his house." The Defendant, having been bound by the power of Jesus Christ, must relinquish all stolen possessions and cease his unlawful activities.

Verdict:

In light of the aforementioned legal reasons and spiritual grounds, it is hereby ordered by the Court of Heaven that:

Satan and all of his agents must return everything stolen from the Plaintiff, including wealth, blessings, opportunities, and any other possessions wrongfully obtained.
The Defendant is prohibited from further theft, deception, or oppression against the Plaintiff or any other individuals.
Any curses, hexes, or spiritual strongholds placed upon the Plaintiff by the Defendant are hereby broken and rendered null and void.
The angels of the Lord are commanded to enforce this verdict and to ensure the complete restoration of all that was taken from the Plaintiff.

This Writ of Assistance shall be executed immediately and enforced without delay.
