1.  EXAMINE YOURSELF (Ask the Lord to bring to mind any sins, then confess them to him) 
  1 Cor 11:28-30 But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup. 29 For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord’s body. 30 For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep.

2.  BREAK CURSES FROM CUP
   Prov 26:2 states "As the bird by wandering, as the swallow by flying, So the curse causeless shall not come." 

WHILE HOLDING THE BREAD & JUICE DECLARE- There is no cause or reason for any curse to come to me via this cup, therefore any and every curse placed upon this cup is now broken by the blood of the Lamb in the name of Jesus!

3. COMMUNION BREAD
  Exodus 23:25 states  You shall serve the LORD your God, and he will bless your bread and your water, and I will take sickness away from among you."
Lord I serve you, according to your word the food and drink I hold in my hand is now blessed and you have taken all sickness known and unknown from me (NAME ANY SICKNESS YOU ARE ASKING THE LORD TO REMOVE).  Dear Lord I come now thanking you for your body that was broken and your blood that was spilled for me. 1 Peter 2:24 declares that "by your wounds we are healed." Therefore the weight of sin is no longer ours and anything within my life or body that needs healing is now healed in Jesus name! Lord you said in John 6:53-58 I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. 54 Whoever feeds on my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day. 55 For my flesh is true food, and my blood is true drink. 56 Whoever feeds on my flesh and drinks my blood abides in me, and I in him. 57 As the living Father sent me, and I live because of the Father, so whoever feeds on me, he also will live because of me. 58 This is the bread that came down from heaven, not like the bread the fathers ate, and died. Whoever feeds on this bread will live forever.” Therefore according to your word, it is no longer bread that I hold in my hand but it is your flesh. Nor is this juice in my cup, instead it is the blood of Jesus. As I eat your flesh and drink your blood I receive eternal life and stand in expectation of being raised up on the last day. Amen.  Mark 14:22 states  And as they were eating, he took bread, and after blessing it broke it and gave it to them, and said, “Take; this is my body.”

4.  LIFT UP THE BREAD AND STATE: Lord, just as you blessed the bread in Mark 14, I ask that you do it again for me in Jesus name. I receive the blessing in Jesus name. Lord as I break this bread, I break it knowing it is your flesh that was broken for me. Broken for me to have peace, the forgiveness of my sins, that I may receive eternal life, and be free from guilt, torment, and eternal damnation according to 2 Cor 5:21 and Isaiah 53:5. Lord your word states in 2 Cor 8:9 "Or you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was rich, yet for your sake he became poor, so that you by his poverty might become rich." Therefore as I break this bread, all spiritual and physical poverty in my life is also broken and turned to riches in Jesus name!  I now break and eat in remembrance of you my Lord.

5. COMMUNION DRINK
   Lord, I thank you for your blood that was shed for me. This drink I hold in my hand is no longer a regular drink but is now the blood of Jesus which was shed for me according to John 6:55. Lord I as I drink, I ask that you blot out all written ordinances, laws, curses, and handwriting against me with your blood according to Col 2:14. Let your blood cover my household, body, mind, spirit, soul, children, finances, livelihood, and all I have charge over in Jesus name. I decree according to Job 22:28 that as your blood enters my body it cleanses me from all unrighteousness, sickness, disease, and infirmity. Your blood in my body makes my body an uninhabitable zone for demonic spirits. As it goes down my throat it fills my body and destroys all evil implants or devices that were placed into my body in dreams through eating food, at birth, through sex, ingesting spiritually contaminated food or drink from a witch, or any other method of entrance in Jesus name. John 15:5 says that I live in you and you live in me. May you increase as I decrease, so when someone looks at me, all they see is you and your shed blood. Let your blood, which speaks better things than the blood of Adam speak for me. 1 Cor 11:25-26 states In the same way also he took the cup, after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood. Do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of me.” 26 For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until he comes." I now drink your blood from this cup in remembrance of you.

6. RECITE: 2 Cor 13:14 The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.

7.  GIVE THANKS AND PRAISE
